VISION
Individually making a difference in the lives of children with neurodevelopmental disorders, and together, making a change to outcomes of neurodevelopmental disability in children.
HCDN focuses on pooling together resources, both financial and human resources, to alleviate the impact of neurodevelopmental disability on individual children, their families and the community.
MISSION
To enhance the development of children and young people with neurodevelopmental disabilities, by connecting them and their families to evidence based comprehensive, holistic services, and appropriate vocation
- To ensure and help with early identification of children with developmental disorders
- Enable appropriate referral and equitable access to services, leisure and recreational activities
- Equip and train service providers for people with neurodevelopmental disabilities
- Assist in integrating the efforts of different stakeholders in the treatment of children with neurodevelopmental disability.
VALUES
Our values are based on the United Nations right of the child (article 23.1), which recognizes that a mentally or physically disabled child should enjoy a full and decent life, in conditions which ensure dignity, promote self-reliance, and facilitate the child’s active participation in the community.
